Data
What data do we collect?
EntrePubl collects the following data when necessary to facilitate training, events and access to the learning platform:
Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide EntrePubl with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online for any of our training course, events or learning platform.
- Voluntarily complete a survey or provide feedback on any of our social media accounts or via email.
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies (anonymised data only).
How will we use your data?
EntrePubl collects your data so that we can:
- Process your registration for an event, training or learning platform.
- Email you with information about events, trainings or additions to the learning platform we think you might like
Your data will be handled only by relevant project partners, and only for the duration of such project.
How do we store your data?
Anonymised website visitor data is sourced and stored by Google Analytics, this information is processed by CrowdPolicy.
Personal data relating to events, trainings and the learning platform is stored securely on servers based in the EU.
EntrePubl will keep your personal data for duration of the project. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing it from all records hosted by all project partners.
Your personal data will never be sold to any third parties.
What are your data protection rights?
EntrePubl would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
- The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
- The right to rectification – You have the right to request EntrePubl correct of any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request the completion of the information you believe is incomplete.
- The right to erasure – You have the right to request that EntrePubl erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that EntrePubl restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to EntrePubl processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to data portability – You have the right to request that EntrePubl
- transfer the data that we have collected to another organisation, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

Marketing emails
EntrePubl would like to send you information about training or events hosted by or related to the project. Your name will be added to our marketing list only if you opt-in to receive this service. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop EntrePubl from contacting you for marketing purposes.
If you register for an account on the EntrePubl learning platform you will receive automated emails from the platform with site notifications.
